Returns & Returns
All of our items are only printed for you after you have placed your order. Please keep this in mind when placing your order, as you will not only be doing us a favor, but also the environment.
If you are unsure about choosing the size, the size chart for the respective product can be of help.
Returned items must be in perfect and re-saleable condition.
1. Exchange:
You can simply send the item(s) back to us. As soon as we receive the return, we will immediately refund the purchase amount. You will then have the option of placing a new order.
2. Return costs:
Please note that we do not cover the return costs in the event of a cancellation. Therefore, make sure that your return is sufficiently stamped. Unfortunately, we cannot accept unstamped returns and will have to send them back to you at your expense.

- Unfortunately, we cannot refund lost shipments!
- If you send your return as a parcel, you can track your shipment online using the tracking number.
3. Refund:
The refund is usually made within a few days of receipt of the return, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation. The amount will always be refunded using the payment method used when ordering. (For cash on delivery orders, we need your bank details.)
For returns that are not sent to the correct return address, we reserve the right to deduct a flat rate of EUR 5.00 processing costs from the amount to be refunded.
